I really like Taco Bell they have good food and they're really friendly. I can't give both good food & service separate rates so I'm giving a 4 as an overall.

You can lunch at Taco Bell any time of the day as soon as they open if you want lunch instead of breakfast then you will get exactly what you order

Google Maps says they open daily at 7:00 AM.

No they don't deliver

No, they are usually on point. That was probably an individual issue. I have actually had them offer me a box deal after ordering that saved me $. Maybe a new person, or just a butthead, but normally they are fast, and nice.

Taco Bell opens 7 am everyday and closes 2 am Sunday- Thursday and 3 am Friday and Saturday.
